The Wabash County courtroom was a busy place today with a full docket of cases. Among them was a pre-trial conference for 31 year old Levi Glick who was charged last year in connection to a shooting in Bellmont. Glick faces two Class X felony counts of home invasion with a firearm along with a Class 3 felony count of possession of firearm by a felon. He has entered a not guilty plea to the charges and a jury trial was confirmed during today’s court appearance for March 5th. A final pretrial conference will be held on February 21st. During that September 21st altercation, Glick sustained a gunshot wound to the thigh while another person was shot in the foot. A preliminary charge of attempted murder was never formally filed against Glick.
