On 12/12/17 at 11:54pm Mt. Carmel Police arrested 23 year old Francisco, Indiana resident Cody J. Noble for Driving While License Suspended in the area of Lambert Drive. Police were dispatched to the area regarding a complaint of an ATV being operated on Lambert Drive. Police arrived and located Noble parked in the roadway with a Suzuki ATV. They found Noble had left a nearby residence after an argument which led to Noble driving the ATV from the residence. Noble was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Noble is being held on a $150 cash bond.
