Fanbergt 39, of Mulvane, KS. PASSENGERS: Unit#2 – Hernando L. Martinez 84, of Columbus, OH. Felicitas Martinez 66, of Columbus, OH. Paula Trejo, 63, of Columbus, OH
CHARGES: Unit #1 – Federico L. Martinez Cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. TRANSPORTS: The 3 passengers of Unit 1 were transported to Union Hospital in Terre Haute IN. for non-life threatening injuries.
PRELIMINARY: Preliminary investigative details indicate Unit 1 was eastbound on I-70 at milepost 140 when he struck the rear end of an eastbound Unit 2 traveling directly in front of him. ###
