Senior Aces Golfers Honored

The Golden Aces boys golf team celebrated Senior Day with a win over Carmi Monday.

From Coach Nick Toothman:

Aces get the win tonight vs Carmi tonight at home on senior night. Scores are posted below but tonight was about our 3 seniors. As a coach I couldn't ask for three better role models inside and outside of the classroom. Tripp Bingham, Konner Kelsey, and Owen Dougherty you have been an absolute pleasure to coach for all of us coaches. My job has been easy having you three as our leaders. You will be missed but we aren't quite done yet. Off to regionals on Wednesday at Robinson.

Lady Aces Dominate LIC Tournament

From Coach Karin Kelsey:

Long post….the leadership and talent of seniors Mady Young and Lilly Gottman are going to be missed by me and the Lady Aces. They both are exceptional golfers and all around wonderful young ladies. Today they played their last conference match and both made All-Conference with Lilly winning and Mady placing 2nd! For the past 4 years I have watched with awe at how well they carry themselves on the course. If you haven’t had a chance to see them play, stop by West Berwick golf course on Monday. I know golf is a hard sport to be a spectator at, but seriously these girls are amazing and you’ll be glad you stopped by! And it’s Senior night!

As talented as our seniors are… our other 4 girls are right behind them, as they also made All-Conference and played great golf today! I couldn’t be prouder of Maria Kennard (Jr) Emily Gottman (So) and our two freshmen Miley Kennard and Zeme Moore! There are just no words to describe how proud I am of all these girls. They amaze me every day at their talent, hard work and dedication to being the best golfers they can be.

How about Zeme and Miley All conference as Freshmen!!!! The future is bright for our Lady Aces. See you Monday at West Berwick 4:00 pm start!

Congrats to them!

Tripp shot a personal best on 18 holes with a 91. He's getting better everyday. Landon and Konner both shot 94 to fill out our 4th spot. Not a bad day overall. Senior night is Monday vs Carmi and Wednesday starts regionals at Quail Creek in Robinson. Go Aces!
