On 5/15/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Amber N Smith, age 41, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a Methamphetamine Delivery charge.  Smith was located at her residence in the 900 block of Landes St. and transported to the Wabash County Jail being held on a $300 cash bond.
