Tennessee duo arrested on charge of Marijuana possession

On April 9, 2021, at 2:06 a.m. Deputy Quinten Might conducted a traffic stop on a White 2017 Toyota Corolla for speeding on US 41 near Richland Creek Drive in Princeton. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Might identified the driver as 22-year-old Jatanya Milan of Nashville, Tennessee. During a roadside investigation Ms. Milan gave Deputy Might and Deputy Loren Barchett consent to search her vehicle. During that search Marijuana was found. Both Ms. Milan and a passenger 23-year-old Bianca Johnson also of Nashville, Tennessee were taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail and were charged with Possession of Marijuana. They have each posted an $1100 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
