On 5/01/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Cynthia R. Doan, age 48, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Doan was taken into custody in the area of 9th & Oak Street where she was transported to the Wabash County Jail.  Doan was issued the warrant and held on a $200 cash bond.
