06/11/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 18 year old Jacob S. Whetstone of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped by MCPD officers.  During the traffic stop it was discovered that Whetstone was in possession of alcoholic beverages.  Whetstone was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.  Whetstone was released shortly after his arrest.
