I was happy with both games tonight, even though we did not win the first game the girls were trying to get 3 hits on the ball, a critical step to the next level. Just a little out of practice so unable to connect it all together. The second game we picked up steam sending the ball over, and had good serving.

Varsity 25-9 SMS(W) 25-19 SMS Nora Jones- 1 serve, 4 digs, 4 kills Lily Keepes- 1 serve, 3 digs 1 kill, 3 digs Sarah McCorkle- 13 serves,13 assists Bella Andrews- 1 serves, 4 digs Madison Stevens- 1 serves, 2 aces, 5 kills, 1 dig Kali Walker- 2 serves, 1 ace, 1 dig Emily Gottman- 9 serves, 1 ace, 2 digs Elizabeth Hefner- 7 serves, plus 2 aces, 1 dig.

The Varsity team came out very strong the first game. We started to make some hitting errors the second game, but I was glad to see they didn’t stop swinging and trying to attack the ball.
