On 7/31/24, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Russell J. Hargrave, age 61, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County FTA Warrant.  The arresting officer located Hargrave at a residence in the 600 block of W 3rd Street where he was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail.  Hargrave was issued the warrant and later released on a notice to appear.
