Work continues to place a referendum on November’s ballot asking Mt. Carmel voters to pay for a new city pool. City Clerk Ryan Turner reports that Burbach Aquatics continues to work on the necessary paperwork ahead of the August 19th deadline to place the referendum on the November 5th ballot.
