On 9/28/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kevin E. Linson, age 63, of Mt. Carmel for Criminal Trespass to Real Property.  Police responded to the 700 block of North Market Street to a complaint of Linson trespassing on property that he had previously been barred from by the property owner.  Upon arrival, police found Linson as reported.  The complainant wished to pursue charges against Linson and was allowed to do so.  Linson was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail for processing.  Linson was processed and later released on a Notice to Appear.
