Turner told Stansfield said those at river camps who have refused to leave are being taken to court and will end up incurring legal fees for staying on city property. Once the remaining occupants are cleared off the river camps, public works director Mike Gidcumb said lots will be surveyed and then be offered for sale sometime this fall.
