On 7/20/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Tracy Curtis Wilson, age 34, of Mt. Carmel for Battery following an incident at a residence in the 400 block of W 3rd Street.  Police were called to the scene regarding allegations that Wilson had thrown a cup of soda on the female resident during a dispute.  After speaking with other witnesses, police allowed the female to sign a complaint against Wilson for Battery.  Wilson was located at a residence in the 700 block of W 6th Street where he was taken into custody.  Wilson was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was processed and later released on a Notice to Appear in court.
