On 6/01/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Paula A. Encardes, age 65, currently of Mt. Carmel, on a Benton County Minnesota Warrant for Felony Domestic Assault at her residence in the 500 block of N Division Street.  Encardes was transported to the Wabash County Jail, issued the warrant, and held pending extradition back to Minnesota.
