On 5/30/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jesika R. Moreno, age 30, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant after missing her scheduled court date earlier on that date.  The arresting officer found Moreno on the first floor of the courthouse while a friend of hers attended his court hearing.  Moreno was escorted to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
