After meeting for more than 90 minutes this afternoon behind closed doors, the Wabash District #348 took no action on employment matters. The rare Friday afternoon special session was announced by the district office on Tuesday and was for “the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees”. Board president Tim Schuler opened the meeting promptly at 4pm and all 7 board members voted to go into executive session which lasted past 5:30pm. The school board’s regular monthly meeting is Monday night at 7pm.
