Broken trash toters are becoming a bigger problem around Mt. Carmel as Republic Services drivers often break wheels or lids off of the receptacles. City Clerk Ryan Turner explains what you should do when

 Since the city has an ordinance that you can’t leave your toter streetside longer than 24 hours before or after scheduled pickup, Turner said it’s best to put the broken toter by the street with the damaged part on top of the toter so Republic crews know it needs replaced.
