On 10/10/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Donald S. Baird, age 52, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Police located Baird in Rockstar Gaming in the 500 block of N Market Street. Baird was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held on a $250 cash bond.
