On 8/09/2022, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brittany C. Clark, age 23, of Mt. Carmel, for Violation of Bail Bond, following a verbal dispute in the 1300 block of North Cherry Street. When officers arrived, they found that Clark and her boyfriend had a verbal argument prior to police arrival and that Clark was out on bond from a prior domestic battery arrest. One of the bond stipulations ordered no contact from Clark to the alleged victim. Clark was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she is being held pending a bond setting by a judge.
