Inflation is hitting all areas of our lives including how much it’s going to cost to clear snow and ice from local roads this winter. Wabash County highway engineer Dustin Bunting reported to the county board that this year’s road salt price has ballooned to $105.94 a ton, compared to $74.98 a ton last year.
