At yesterday’s City Council meeting, Mt. Carmel Police Chief McWilliams introduced Ashton Walker as the new MCPD officer. Walker recently completed academy training and McWilliams pointed out another new hire, Hunter Nelson, is beginning academy training and will begin patrol duties next year.
