On 7/6/21, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Clayton S. Kirkman, age 35, of Mt. Carmel, on a Lawrence County Failure to Appear Warrant after an officer observed him in the 500 block of Cedar Street. Kirkman was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and is being held on a $1000 cash bond pending extradition back to Lawrence County.
