On 7/15/21, Mt. Carmel Police cited Dennis M. Windle Jr., age 47, of Mt. Carmel, for Retail Theft and Resisting a Peace Officer following a shoplifting complaint at Jumpin Jimmy’s Convenience Store.  When officers arrived, they found evidence that Windle unlawfully obtained a pack of cigarettes and a bottle of water before leaving the store.  When officers located Windle, he attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended.  Windle was issued a Notice to Appear in court and released.
