On 5/12/21, Mt. Carmel Police arrested James H Catt, age 62, of Mt. Carmel, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Officers received information that Catt failed to provide the Mt. Carmel Police Department with his new address upon moving the month prior. Catt was taken into custody at a residence located in the 1100 block of West 3rd Street and transported to the Wabash County Jail, where he was charged and held on a $3000 cash bond.
