Patoka man arrested on Residential Entry charge

On March 24, 2021, at 11:21 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report that a male had entered another person’s trailer in M&M Trailer Park in Patoka without the owner’s permission. Upon arriving on scene Deputy U.B. Smith spoke with the caller and began an investigation. Deputy Smith then located the male who was identified as 33-year-old David Fuhs II of Patoka. Upon completing his investigation Deputy Smith placed Mr. Fuhs into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Residential Entry and remains in custody on a $750 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
