City Hearing Complaints About Construction Signage
Crews have been busy around Mt. Carmel the last few weeks trying to wrap up projects before winter weather sets in. Along with the work comes signage to help motorists slow down and keep workers safe. But some of those signs are rubbing residents the wrong way, especially the ones set up in resident’s yards in the right of way. City Manager Ryan Turner said city hall has fielded calls from people upset with the sign placement. Turner said the city has no control where the construction signs are placed.
