On 6/12/2020, Mt. Carmel Police cited Christopher R. Hale, age 37, of Haubstadt, Indiana, for Possession of Hypodermic Needles and Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Walnut. Hale was released on a Notice to Appear for court.
