On 5/20/2020, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Nicholas N. Irelan, age 33, of Mt. Carmel, for Violation of an Order of Protection. Irelan was alleged to have violated the order by making contact with a protected party in the 800 block of North Market Street. Irelan was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
