On 5/16/2020, Mt. Carmel Police cited Amber N. Girado, age 34, of Carbondale, Illinois, for Driving While License Suspended. Girado was stopped in the 200 block of West 9th Street for an unrelated traffic offense. Girado’s driver’s license returned suspended, so Garido was issued a citation for said offense and released on a Notice to Appear.
