On 5/17/2020, Mt. Carmel Police cited Christopher A. Shaffer, age 36, of Robinson, Illinois, for Driving While License Suspended. The officer knew Shaffer had a suspended driver’s license and conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East 12th   Street. Shaffer was issued a citation for said offense and released on a Notice to Appear.
