On 03.08.2020, at approximately 10:30 a.m.,  25 year old Matthew Fearday was stopped for speeding, 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. During the stop it was discovered that Fearday's license was suspended in Illinois. Fearday was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he later posted bond.
