On March 7th, 2020 at 11:07 A.M. the Wabash County Sheriff's Office stopped a Kissimmee, Florida man, 21 year old Tyler Padden for driving a vehicle without registration.   Further investigation revealed Padden in fact had never registered the vehicle. Padden was taken to the Wabash County Jail and held until he posted bond.
