For the first time in more than three decades, Wabash County has a new supervisor of assessments. At Monday night’s regular meeting, county commissioners unanimously voted to hire Connie Larry for that post through November 30th, 2022. Larry takes over for Debbie Gittings who retired at the end of last year after serving 33 years as supervisor of assessments. Larry, who was a long-time assistant under Gittings, recently completed testing and certification to become qualified for the position.
