Gibson County Sheriff's Office Arrests Several During Warrant Roundup
On March 4, 2020, the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office received numerous new warrants from both Gibson County Superior and Circuit Courts. Upon receiving the new warrants deputies went out and served the following persons.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond
a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
Roger W. Conder Jr, Age 42 of Oakland City. Arrested on Failure To Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Conder remains in custody on a $750 bond. Investigating Officer Sgt. Bruce Vanoven.
Timothy J. Baker, age 35 of Ft. Branch. Arrested on Possession of Meth charge. Mr. Baker remains in custody on a $750 bond. Investigating Officers Deputies Jennifer Loesch and U.B. Smith.
Tracy W. Fithian, age 51 of Ft. Branch. Arrested on Battery W/ Injury charge. Mr. Fithian has since posted a $650 bond. Arresting Officer Deputy Garrett Tuley.
Sadie M. Holzmeyer, age 25 of Haubstadt. Arrested on Possession of Marijuana charge. Ms. Holzmeyer has posted a $550 bond. Arresting Officer Deputy Garrett T uley.
