On 3/15/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Andrea N. Hiatt, age 34, of Chandler, Indiana, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Hiatt was located while officers were investigating a domestic dispute in the 1200 block of North Market Street.  Hiatt was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued her warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
