Coronavirus Forces Changes At FNB

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads throughout the United States, The First National Bank of Allendale has been focusing on what we can do to help contain the virus while continuing to serve the banking needs of our valued customers.  That goal, combined with our concern for our employees and community has prompted the following action:

Effective March 18, 2020, all full-service banking facilities of The First National Bank will offer drive-thru service during normal business hours, 24 hour ATM service, and night drop availability.   Lobby customers will be served on an appointment basis only.  You should expect no disruptions when using your debit card.   The White County production office will provide 24-hour ATM access and appointment only lobby service.  In addition to our drive-up windows, you can access your accounts through our mobile app and online at e-firstnationalbank.com.  Please contact us at 618-263-6511 for lobby appointments and assistance with our electronic services.

I also want to assure you that we have extensive and detailed business continuity plans in place to make sure that we continue to provide you with all essential banking services.  While this pandemic is a unique situation, The First National Bank of Allendale has over 113 years of experience and a proven history of protecting your deposits and providing continued access to your funds.  This will continue to be the case.  We remain safe, sound, and FDIC insured.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the interest of public health and wellness.  When required, we will provide you with additional updates and information on our website and Facebook page.

Best Wishes,

Donald W. Price, President & CEO
