Motorists will soon see a mobile unit tracking their speed in Mt. Carmel. The Rotary Club provided funds a couple of years ago for a digital display unit in school zones. Mayor Joe Judge said the street department is now retrofitting a trailer to make the unit mobile so it can be taken to different locations around the city.
