Owensville woman arrested on Driving While Suspended charge

On February 25, 2020, at 6:37 a.m. Gibson County Deputy Michael Rose observed a Gray 2018 GMC Yukon making several passes in the South Main area of Princeton. Deputy Rose ran the plates of the vehicle and discovered that the registered owner 32-year-old Brittany Marginet did not have a valid Indiana operators license. Once Deputy Rose confirmed that Ms. Marginet was the driver of the vehicle he conducted a traffic stop on Old US HWY 41 near the Kings Mine Exit. Deputy Rose then placed Ms. Marginet into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Ms. Marginet was charged with Driving While Suspended/Misdemeanor. She has since posted a $650 bond.

Assisting Deputy Rose in his investigation was Sergeant Bruce Vanoven.
