On 2/18/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joseph L. Sims, age 45, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Sims was observed walking south in the 700 block of Poplar Street where he was taken into custody.  Sims was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
