On 1/07/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Samantha J. Arnold, age 36, on a Wabash County Warrant for Delivery of Methamphetamine.  Arnold was located at her residence in the 400 block of East 7th Street where she was taken into custody.  Arnold was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued her warrant and held on a $4000 cash bond.
