On 1/07/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Justin J.M. Boner, age 32, of Mt. Carmel, on a charge of Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer.  An officer attempted to stop Boner while riding a bicycle in the 400 block of Hackberry Street.  Boner fled on the bicycle but was later apprehended at 4th & Poplar Street.  Boner was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
