On 1/27/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Monyck S. O’Bryant, age 22, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  O’Bryant was observed outside of her residence in the 300 block of West 2nd Street when the officer located her.  O’Bryant was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served her warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
