Mt. Carmel Police arrested 33-year-old Daniel S. Franklin of Evansville after police stopped the vehicle he was driving after noticing the registration was expired. During the traffic stop, it was discovered he was driving on a suspended license. Franklin was cited for driving suspended and released.
