Acting as the city’s liquor control commissioner, Mayor Joe Judge Monday night approved 16 liquor licenses in the city. Among the new licensees are Debbie’s Place at 6th and Walnut Streets and Vic’s Bread and Brews at 333 Market Street. Among the licenses not being renewed from 2019 were Hogg Heaven Bar-Be-Que and Shopko.
