WVC Career and Technical Instructor of the Year Receives Ticket to Crystal Ball
Associate Professor Judith Hudson was selected as the 2019 Career and Technical Instructor of the Year. As WVC’s Career and Technical Instructor of the Year, Hudson received a complimentary ticket to the WVC Foundation’s Crystal Ball. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. Hudson retired as a full-time nursing instructor on July 1, 2019, and currently serves as a part-time clinical instructor for the CNA program.
WVC President Matt Fowler presented Hudson with her ticket to the Crystal Ball. The Wabash Valley College Foundation will host its annual Crystal Ball on Saturday, Feb. 15, in the Mabel A. Courter Youth Center, Anderson Building. This event has become “the social event of the year” in the community and promises to be an elegant evening of exquisite dining, and entertainment by comedian/magician, Mike Bliss. Social Hour will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. and an evening of entertainment from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m.
For those interested in attending, tickets are $125 per couple, and single tickets are also available. Tickets are available for purchase in the Administration/Foundation building on WVC’s campus or by calling Katie Hinderliter at 618-263-5537. Tickets may also be purchased from any Foundation director. In order to allow time for seating arrangements, please purchase your tickets by Monday, Feb. 10.
