On 9/04/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heath E. Stone, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Stone was observed in the 900 block of N Walnut Street where he was taken into custody. Stone was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
