On 9/22/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jackie G. Baumgart, age 49, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended and Operating a Vehicle with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop at 9th & Market Street. Baumgart was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was cited and held pending the posting of bond.
