On 09.22.19 at approximately 16:15 hrs. Wabash County 911 received a call from 13296 E. 850 Rd. reference a suicidal male.

A Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy responded to the address, and made his way down to 8632 Highway 15 and found 51 year old Jimmy L. McVaigh of Mt. Carmel deceased, due to a single self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Wabash County Coroner Shaun Keepes pronounced McVaigh at the scene.
