On 9/18/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Valerie C. Schrader, age 39, Haillie N. Batterton, age 21, Ian R. Panzer, age 31, and Sedrick D. Cousins, age 22 for Criminal Trespass to Residence following a report of multiple people smoking cannabis in a residence at 203 N Division Street. The occupant of the apartment is incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail. With the assistance of the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office, it was confirmed with the occupant, that no one should be in her home. Officers arrived to the residence and found the above subjects inside the home. All subjects were placed under with several items of drug paraphernalia being located as well. All subjects were transported to the Wabash County Jail where they were charged and held pending the posting of bond. Schrader is currently out on bond from previous charges so she is being held pending a bond setting by a judge.
